E-Consent | Aureon Financial LLC (Aureon)

Introduction

You are submitting a request through Aureon Financial to be matched with one or more third-party financial institution providers. These providers may include lenders, banks, credit card issuers, and other financial service providers.

In order to evaluate your request and potentially offer you a loan, credit card, or other financial product, these third-party financial institution providers may require your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, records, notices, and disclosures (“E-Consent”).

This E-Consent notifies you of your rights when receiving electronic disclosures, notices, records, and other information. By clicking the link, button, checkbox, or other electronic method indicating your acceptance of these terms, you acknowledge that you have received this E-Consent and consent to conduct transactions using electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contract documents (collectively, “Disclosures”).

Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records

You may request any Disclosures in paper form by contacting Aureon Financial (“Aureon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) or the applicable third-party lender and/or financial institution provider directly.

Aureon and/or the applicable third-party financial institution provider will provide paper copies at no charge where required by applicable law and will retain Disclosures for the period required by applicable law.

To request a paper copy from Aureon, please contact us at financing@aureonfinancial.com. To obtain a paper copy from a third-party lender and/or financial institution provider, please contact that provider directly.

Scope of Consent

This E-Consent applies to all electronic interactions concerning you, Aureon, and any third-party lender and/or financial institution provider in connection with your request for financial products or services.

This includes interactions conducted through computers, mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.

By providing your E-Consent, you authorize Aureon and applicable third-party lenders and/or financial institution providers to process your information and communicate with you electronically regarding your request, application, potential offers, transactions, and related services.

Aureon and third-party financial institution providers may send notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications to you electronically. Disclosures may be provided through Aureon's website, a third-party provider's website, by email, or through another electronic method.

Before agreeing to conduct business electronically with Aureon and/or any third-party financial institution provider, you should determine whether you have the hardware and software necessary to access and retain electronic Disclosures as described below.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Disclosures, you will generally need:

• A computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device capable of accessing the Internet;
• A current Internet browser capable of displaying secure websites;
• Access to a valid email account;
• Software or functionality capable of viewing PDF documents, where applicable; and
• A printer, computer hard drive, cloud storage service, or other method of electronically storing documents for future reference.

You may contact Aureon or the applicable third-party lender and/or financial institution provider with questions regarding hardware or software requirements.

Withdrawing Consent

Your E-Consent relating to Aureon's matching and referral services and the initial consideration of your request by third-party lenders and/or financial institution providers may apply to a one-time electronic transaction and, once completed, may not be capable of being withdrawn retroactively.

If you are matched with one or more third-party lenders and/or financial institution providers, you may contact Aureon or the applicable provider to determine how to withdraw your consent to receive future communications and Disclosures electronically.

There is no charge from Aureon to withdraw your E-Consent. However, withdrawing your E-Consent may prevent Aureon or a third-party financial institution provider from completing your application, providing certain services electronically, or offering or completing a financial transaction with you.

If you withdraw your E-Consent, the legal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability of electronic Disclosures, agreements, signatures, or transactions completed before your withdrawal will not be affected.

Changes to Your Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping Aureon and any applicable third-party lender and/or financial institution provider informed of changes to your email address, mailing address, telephone number, or other relevant contact information.

You may update your information by contacting Aureon or, where applicable, by logging into the website or online portal of the applicable third-party lender and/or financial institution provider and following its procedures for updating your information.

Your Ability to Access Disclosures

BY CLICKING THE APPLICABLE LINK, BUTTON, CHECKBOX, OR OTHER ELECTRONIC METHOD INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU CAN ACCESS, VIEW, AND RETAIN THE DISCLOSURES IN THE ELECTRONIC FORMATS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Consent: BY CLICKING THE APPLICABLE LINK, BUTTON, CHECKBOX, OR OTHER ELECTRONIC METHOD INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS INFORMATION REGARDING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, ELECTRONIC RECORDS, ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES, AND CONDUCTING BUSINESS ELECTRONICALLY.

YOU CONSENT TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND TO HAVING DISCLOSURES PROVIDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU IN ELECTRONIC FORM. YOU ALSO CONSENT TO CONDUCTING BUSINESS ELECTRONICALLY WITH AUREON AND WITH ANY APPLICABLE THIRD-PARTY LENDER AND/OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION PROVIDER.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY REQUEST PAPER COPIES OF ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND DISCLOSURES AND THAT SUCH COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES OR CONDUCT THIS TRANSACTION ELECTRONICALLY, YOU SHOULD NOT PROCEED WITH THE ELECTRONIC APPLICATION OR ACCEPTANCE PROCESS.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CERTAIN SERVICES FROM AUREON AND/OR THIRD-PARTY LENDERS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTION PROVIDERS THROUGH THE INTERNET.
