Michael Kowalczyk
Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Michael Kowalczyk is at the forefront of Integrity Downhole. With extensive experience in international business development and sales management, he has driven growth for private equity-backed oilfield manufacturing companies including Top-Co, Rubicon, and Innovex. His leadership has been instrumental in strategic expansions, integrations through mergers and acquisitions, and business turnarounds, particularly across the Eastern Hemisphere.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He aims to grow Integrity Downhole into a trusted brand that bridges East and West, expanding the company’s reach in the global primary cementing equipment market.
